Japan has been a close ally of India in many terms. Both the countries have cultural ties, international trade connections and technology exchange programs. The Japanese president Shinzo Abe has announced the extension of multiple entry visas for ten years. Making it easy for Indian travelers who visit Japan to meet their relatives and see the Buddhist sites.
Japan’s move enhances the tourism and strengthens the ties with the country. The new visa changes are applicable to Indians and Vietnamese citizens. The visa will be effective from February 15, 2016. The multiple entry visas is valid for five years but after the changes, the visa period will be valid for ten years.
